1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pp222 ("pp222", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at pp222.io, including all sub-pages, features, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support services made available through the platform.

By accessing the pp222 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by pp222, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of pp222 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Not an excluded person: You must not have previously been self-excluded from pp222 or had your account closed by pp222 for violations of these Terms.
• Not an employee or affiliate: Current employees of pp222, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.

pp222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting, casino games, and withdrawals on pp222, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times.

• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required during registration. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any other person to use your account.
• KYC verification: pp222 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pp222 may be suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pp222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. pp222 does not accept payments from third-party accounts; the payment account you use must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or account tier.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pp222 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Processing times for other methods may vary. pp222 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. pp222 may require additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints of the relevant payment provider.
• Dormant accounts: If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, pp222 may classify it as dormant and apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month. You will be notified prior to any fee being applied.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or reverse a legitimate deposit transaction will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the relevant funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pp222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all pp222 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have previously violated these Terms or who are subject to self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional offers.
• One bonus per player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address for any given promotion.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pp222 sportsbook and casino. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message. pp222 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical or pricing error has occurred.
• Palpable errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("palpable error"), pp222 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, or where the result cannot be determined. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.
• Cricket markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh cricket fixtures are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the platform. Markets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).
• Live betting: Live (in-play) betting markets are time-sensitive. pp222 will not be responsible for bets placed after an event outcome has effectively been determined but before markets have been officially suspended. Decisions made by the pp222 trading team on live market matters are final.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant sport or game section. Bets exceeding the maximum payout threshold will be settled at the stated maximum, not the calculated amount.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp222. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or access account features.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Using the pp222 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable law.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to create an account on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such incidents must be reported to pp222 immediately via [email protected].
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pp222 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence in connection with your pp222 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pp222 platform — including but not limited to the pp222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pp222 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the pp222 platform without the express prior written consent of pp222.

The pp222 name and logo are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of the pp222 brand in any form — including in domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

pp222 is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the pp222 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pp222.io/privacy-policy.

By registering a player account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) direct marketing communications.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

pp222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for harm associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
